Migas

Tortillas:

  • Sliced 6 pre-made corn tortillas into 1″ rectangle chunks
  • Fried in oil until browned

Eggs:

  • Fried some onion, tomato, jalapenos with salt & pepper
  • Added 3 eggs, cooked
  • Mixed in torillas
  • Served with a bit of cheese

Notes:

  • Not bad. The tortillas were cooked a bit too much, back off a bit next time.
